Our ops advisor service is the right choice for founders who have undergone our Business Spotlight and realised they need some extra help.

It gives you specialised CEO support and expert advice when you need it. You’ll also get a person to bounce ideas off of and keep you accountable. We can help with everything that’s going on (or wrong) – from support with systems and your team, to your tool stack, bottlenecks, upcoming projects and more.

  • You’ll get strategic CEO-level support, helping you streamline operations, improve team efficiency, refine systems, and tackle roadblocks. Whether it's workflow optimisation, project planning, team management, or refining your tool stack, we’re here to guide you.

    • Twice-monthly 1:1 calls to deep-dive into challenges, strategy, and priorities.

  • No, Ops Advisor is a high-level consulting and advisory service, not an implementation or admin service. We provide guidance, strategy, and accountability, but the execution is on you and your team. We do however offer an optional ad on of Virtual Assistance should you feel like you need help implementing or an extra pair of hands IN the business.

  • Ops Advisor is structured as an ongoing service with a monthly retainer. There’s a minimum commitment of three months to ensure we can make meaningful progress together.

  • First, you’ll need to have completed our Business Spotlight to identify your key challenges and needs. If we’re a good fit, you’ll be invited to join Ops Advisor.
